Shipping Policy:Shipping based on number of items ordered
(shipped to same destination / UPS Ground)
1 item = $5.00
2 items = $7.50
3 items = $9.00
4 items = $10.50
Return Policy:Very few customers return products to us, however, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from sample.com. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges*. The returns procedure is as follows:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions (info@getnfitonline.com) indicating the reason for the return
- All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
- We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item is returned.
*Items damaged during shipment: Contact us within 5 business days (info@getnfitonline.com). We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges.
